When will I receive my order?
  • Orders that are placed on a weekday usually get printed, packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. From there, items normally take about 3-5 business days to arrive anywhere in the continental United States. Holidays may cause shipping delays with USPS. International orders can take longer to arrive.

Where can I find my tracking information?

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email once it is shipped.

Where do you ship from?

  • We maintain all shipping and production here in our small warehouse in Springfield, Missouri.

I never received my order, what do I do?

  • Oh no! Hopefully this doesn't happen, but if it does we will try our best to come to a solution. We ship through USPS, and once it is in their possession they are responsible for getting your order to you. However, we are happy to help.
  • If your order was marked as delivered and you have not received it, hang tight! This is actually pretty common and might be because USPS scanned the package too early. It is also a good idea to ask household members or neighbors to see if they got it on accident. 
  • If tracking hasn't updated in an unusually long time, it may have gotten lost in transit, or it is just running late. USPS will occasionally experience delays, especially around holidays. Please file a claim with USPS. If there is no solution after a few weeks, please contact us at support@bafflegear.com and we will discuss replacements.
  • Please double check to make sure the address you entered is accurate. If not, it is possible that your package got sent back to us. We usually try to contact you if USPS returns it back to us due to an insufficient address.
